Capability cases · No client names

The names are confidential. The capabilities are not.

We sign a confidentiality agreement with every client, so you will not find logos or names on this page. What you will find: three real capability cases — the challenge, the approach, what was actually built, and what the system can do at the end.

Client confidentiality

Why there are no names here

Most of our clients run systems that are their competitive advantage. An NDA is our default, not a special request — and it is exactly the protection you get the day you work with us.

  • Confidential by default

Every project opens with a mutual NDA, before a single line of scope is written.

  • No logos, no screenshots

We will not present your brand as portfolio material unless you ask us to in writing.

  • Your code stays yours

Full ownership of the code and the data on delivery, with a proper handover.

Three capability cases

What we built, described as capabilities

Every case here is a system running in production. Instead of numbers you cannot verify, we describe what the system is able to do — because that is what you are actually buying.

Gaming infrastructure

An operator who needed a second brand — not a second system

A multi-brand casino and sportsbook platform that runs an entire brand from a single codebase.

The challenge

Every new brand was a new project: a copy of the system, a team maintaining divergent versions, and one bug that had to be fixed five times over. A launch took months, and operations broke long before marketing ever started.

The approach

We turned the brand into a variable instead of a project. One multi-tenant core, brand resolution by domain, and content, design, currency and language driven from the back office — so the code never needs to know how many brands are running on it.

What we built

  • A multi-tenant core with domain routing and full brand identity
  • Sportsbook integration including live lines, a bet builder and risk controls
  • A unified wallet across game providers, plus lobby, categories and jackpots
  • Payment rails: crypto, card processing and an independent payment gateway
  • A complete back office: agents, affiliates, CRM, identity verification and player rulebooks
  • Twenty languages, with full right-to-left support

The outcome

Today a new brand goes live with its own site without another line of code, and one update reaches every brand at the same moment. Opening a new market means enabling a language and a payment method — not opening a project.

Capabilities unlocked
  • A new brand is configuration, not development
  • One update, every brand
  • A new market without writing code
Marketplace

A market where everyone promises and nobody proves

A tipsters platform in which every claim a tipster makes is backed by a record that cannot be edited after the fact.

The challenge

Tipsters sold their track record in screenshots. Nothing was verifiable, no history survived, and a losing week simply disappeared. The marketplace was never short on demand — it was short on trust.

The approach

We built the trust into the structure: every tip is recorded before the event, settled against the source, and kept in a history that cannot be rewritten. The numbers are not the marketing — they are the product.

What we built

  • Profit, yield and win rate computed automatically from every settled tip
  • Active and settled tips, each with the reasoning written in advance
  • Weekly and monthly subscriptions, priced per tipster, with automatic renewal
  • Contests, prize pools and leaderboards
  • Results settled against the source, with no manual edits after the fact
  • A settlement and payout system for tipsters

The outcome

Every tipster is measured on the same scale, and every number a visitor sees rests on a record that predates the result. A new tipster joins without a code change, and the entire marketplace can wear a different brand.

Capabilities unlocked
  • History that cannot be rewritten
  • A new tipster without development
  • The same system, any brand
Communication

Every customer conversation — everywhere except one place

A WhatsApp messaging engine that lives inside the system: marketing, alerts and verification, with no vendor in the middle.

The challenge

Conversations were scattered across several phones, every agent saw a different slice of the picture, and every message went through an outside vendor that charged per message and owned the pipe. Even the login code depended on somebody else.

The approach

We brought the channel in-house. Our own message gateway, several devices feeding one inbox, and every conversation wired to the customer profile the system already holds.

What we built

  • An independent gateway with multiple devices connected in parallel
  • A unified inbox: every conversation in one thread, with the full history
  • Rich interactive messages with media, buttons and templates
  • Campaigns with segmentation, scheduling and delivery reports
  • One-time codes and real-time transaction alerts
  • Automations and AI-assisted drafting

The outcome

An agent opens one conversation and sees who is on the other side, what they deposited and what they asked yesterday. Messaging is no longer a vendor's product — it is part of the system, so any process can plug straight into it.

Capabilities unlocked
  • One inbox for every channel
  • Verification and alerts in-house
  • Any process can send
How it works

What a project looks like

The same route on every project, large or small. Six stages, and at the end of each one something real is in your hands.

  1. First conversation

We listen to the operation, not to a feature list. Who the user is, what hurts, and what pays.

In your hands at the endA feasibility read and a cost range
  2. Scope

We map every screen, every permission and every edge case — before a single line of code exists.

In your hands at the endA scope document and a screen map
  3. Architecture

We settle the data model, the integrations and the security while decisions are still cheap.

In your hands at the endA data schema and an infrastructure plan
  4. Build

Development in short waves, with a weekly demo on a real environment. No black box.

In your hands at the endA live staging environment you can log into
  5. Launch

Domains, providers, monitoring and backups — and then we go live quietly.

In your hands at the endA live system with monitoring and backups
  6. Support and growth

New brands, new markets and new features — all on the same core.

In your hands at the endAn ongoing development track

Next step

The next case could be yours — and nobody will know

Tell us what you are trying to run. The first conversation is advice, not a pitch, and it starts with an NDA.

Every enquiry gets a human answer.
