Website terms of use

These terms govern the use of this website and everything published on it. They are not the agreement that covers our development work — a client engagement is signed in a separate document with its own scope, timeline and commercial terms.

Please read this first

This document is a template. It needs legal review before it is published as binding.

The text below was written as a working draft, not as legal advice. Before it goes live in a binding version it has to be adapted to the actual operation, to the entity behind the site, to the applicable law and to any regulatory requirement that applies — and then signed off by a qualified lawyer. Until that happens, treat every clause here as a starting point for a conversation, not as a final position.

The short version

Three things worth knowing before the clauses

The full text is below and it is what counts. This is simply the spirit of it, said plainly.

  • The site is a showcase

Everything published here describes what we build and how we build it. It is general information — not a binding offer, not a price quote, and not a substitute for professional advice on your own case.

  • Real work runs on a contract

Nothing on this page replaces an engagement agreement. A project starts once a signed document defines the scope, the milestones, the deliverables and the payment terms.

  • The content belongs to us

The design, the words, the graphics and the code shown here are ours. Read it, quote it fairly with a link back, share it. Do not copy it wholesale and present it as your own.

  1. 01

    Scope

These terms apply to every use of the site — browsing, reading, downloading published material, reaching out through a form or the chat widget, and any other interaction offered here. Using the site means you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

    • They cover every page on this domain and every contact channel offered on it.
    • Services purchased by a client are governed by a separate engagement agreement, which prevails over this page.
    • The site is intended for adults acting on their own behalf or on behalf of a business they are authorised to represent.
  2. 02

    Permitted and prohibited use

You are welcome to browse, read, keep a copy for your own reference and share links to any page. What is not welcome is anything that damages the site, harms other users, or infringes someone else's rights.

    • Do not attempt to access systems, bypass restrictions or probe for weaknesses without written permission.
    • Do not run automated scraping, bulk harvesting or any activity that places an artificial load on the servers.
    • Do not send offensive, harmful or unlawful content through the contact channels on the site.
    • Do not present the content as your own, and do not use it in a way designed to mislead.
  3. 03

    Intellectual property

Everything on the site — the code, the design, the structure, the copy, the graphics, the marks and the name — belongs to the company or to those who licensed it to us, and is protected by copyright and trademark law.

    • Using the site does not transfer ownership of, or grant a licence in, any right.
    • Copying, reproducing, scraping or creating derivative works requires prior written approval.
    • Short quotation with credit and a link back to the source is fine, as long as the context is not misleading.
    • Third-party names and marks belong to their owners and appear here for identification purposes only.
  4. 05

    No warranty on site content

The content is provided as is, for general information. We work to keep it accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is.

    • There is no commitment to uninterrupted availability, to a fault-free service, or to content that is free of errors.
    • Figures, numbers and demonstrations shown here are indicative and are not a promise of any particular result.
    • Nothing on the site constitutes professional advice — technical, commercial, legal or otherwise.
    • We may update, change or remove any content at any time and without prior notice.
  5. 06

    Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss or damage arising from the use of the site or from reliance on anything published on it.

    • The limitation covers indirect and consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of data and damage to reputation.
    • Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under the applicable law.
    • Liability for a commissioned project is governed by the engagement agreement, not by this page.
  6. 07

    Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time — for example after a change to the service, to the technology behind it, or to the law that applies to it.

    • The binding version is the one published on this page, carrying the update date shown at the top.
    • A material change will be marked clearly, and where appropriate will also be announced separately.
    • Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the updated version.
  7. 08

    Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the law set out below, and the courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive authority over any dispute arising from them. This clause is deliberately left open until the legal review is complete.

    • Until it is completed, this document should not be treated as a binding legal undertaking.
    • If any clause is found unenforceable, the remaining clauses stay in full force.

    To be completed

Insert the governing jurisdiction and the agreed venue for disputes.

  8. 09

    Contact

A question about these terms, a takedown request or a rights-related enquiry — reach us directly through the chat on the site and a human will come back to you.

    • It helps to name the relevant page and describe what you are asking for.
    • Privacy-related requests are handled under the privacy policy rather than under this page.

    To be completed

Insert the email address and the registered address of the legal entity.

A question about the terms, or a project in mind?

Either one gets a real answer. Open a conversation, say in a sentence what you need, and we will come back with something concrete.

Messages sent through the chat reach the team directly. Nothing you write there is a binding commitment on either side.
